If the product is damaged, send the video of the unboxing process without any editing . Make sure the video clearly shows the condition of the product  and any damage it might have.

Send the video along with your order ID to the WhatsApp number -  +91 81292 15435. . After sending the video, wait for confirmation from our team. We will guide you through the next steps for returning the damaged item.
